Abstract
¹ý¶ûÁú°ú »ó¾ÆÁúÀÇ Å¸¾×´Ü¹éÀÇ ÈíÂø°ü°è¸¦ ±¸¸íÅ° À§ÇÏ¿© Ÿ¾×À» ¹ý¶ûÁú°ú »ó¾ÆÁú ºÐ¸»ÀÇ column¿¡ ÈíÂø½ÃŲÈÄ Áõ·ù¼ö, 3M Nacl, 0.1M phosphate buffer, pH 7.1, 0.2M EDTA ÇÔÀ¯ÇÑ phosphate buffer¿Í Áõ·ù¼ö¸¦ Â÷·Ê·Î ¿ëÃâ½ÃÄÑ ¿ëÃâ¾×ÀÇ amylase, ribonuclease ¹× ´Ü¹é¾çÀ» °üÂûÇÑ °á°ú´Â ´ÙÀ½°ú °°´Ù. 1.
